What is iESM ?

iESM is an integrated Essential Safety Maintenance that allows your mobile generate Building Essential Safety Measures Report in real time and accessible from anywhere to produce annual COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATION. iESM enables building facility and maintenance managers to interface with MIS Online System by using mobile device, and help inspect facilities and equipment in a building and send a inspection result conveniently.

How it works

• All the functionalists supplied to the contractor will be controlled by the Administrator

• The users of the mobile app will be contractors who will carry out inspections on designated buildings

• The app functionality and access to it will be controlled by the Administrator

• The Contractor will be sent the app and password after the Administrator has created the user

• After the individual has installed the app on their smart phone, they can use the log in and password to access the database

• Some Contractors will work for multiple property owners

• The contractor will be sent the app by the first administrator that registers him

• Any contractor should only have one app on his smart phone with a menu that allows him to select the building owner that he is working for at any particular time

iESM Functionalities

	Inspect : The user can select the owner of the building that he is going to inspect. Only buildings assigned to the user by the client is listed under a owner selection. The user can only see the buildings that the administrator has given him access to inspect.
	Reports : The user can create an inspection report on the site where he has inspected. There is no need for him to carry papers and pens for reports as iESM mobile app provides all the materials. In addition, reports created in iESM mobile app are sent to building owner and contractor via internet connection.
	Equipment : The user can look into the details of the equipment that he is inspecting once he has clicked on the equipment. If the equipment does not pass its inspection, the user can enter additional information on the problems found and send it by submitting. A log of the inspection will be recorded.
	Emergency Contacts : The user can find out and make a call immediately to emergency contacts that must be contacted earliest in case of emergent conditions.
	Settings : The user can control mobile app settings.
	Support & info : The user can access to iESM Library providing mobile app manual and other documents relevant to Essential Safety Measures.
